SIX REASONS TO HIRE A LAND SURVEYOR

You've bought new property-or you already own land-and you need to know where the boundary lines are for fences, gardens, shrubs, or trees. What may appear to be your property line is not always correct. Only professional surveyors can accurately plot boundaries.
A neighbor has built a garage or planted shrubs over the boundary line, and you would like an easement or property line adjustment to accommodate the encroachment.
